BDG Game Deposit Not Credited After ₹100 Bank Transfer

Today, I made a deposit of ₹100 from my India Post Payments Bank account to my BDG Game wallet. The amount has already been deducted from my bank account, but it has not been credited to my in-game wallet balance.

Despite the payment being successfully processed on the bank’s side, the funds are still missing from my BDG Game account. I have also not received any response from customer support regarding this issue.

I request that the missing ₹100 be immediately credited to my BDG Game wallet without any further delay.
