BDG Game Withdrawal Completed but Not Received in Bank Account
On 27/06/2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹50,000 from my BDG Game account to my Bank of India bank card. The withdrawal is shown as completed on the BDG Game side, but the money has still not been credited to my Bank of India account. I contacted customer care regarding this issue and they only told me to keep patience and wait, but even after waiting the amount has still not been received in my bank account and I have not been given any proper solution or clear update. I request that this issue be urgently investigated and that my ₹50,000 be either immediately credited to my Bank of India account or otherwise safely returned to my BDG Game account, along with a clear explanation of what went wrong in this transaction.
