I Face Two Rejected BDG Withdrawals Totaling $409

I am holding a savings account with Kotak Mahindra Bank, which I use for UPI and Paytm transactions. On 29/05/2026, I tried to withdraw BDG funds via UPI/Paytm to my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account, but the withdrawals failed, and the payments were rejected. The first withdrawal of ₹5,000 with reference WD20260529112326201055558g was rejected. Afterwards, another withdrawal of ₹30,000 with reference WD20260529113537941055339a also failed. Both withdrawals were intended to be credited to my Kotak Mahindra Bank savings account, but neither amount has been successfully processed. I request that the total amount of ₹35,000 from these two failed withdrawals be immediately credited correctly, and that I am provided with a clear explanation as to why these UPI/Paytm withdrawals were rejected. I expect this issue to be investigated urgently and resolved without any further delay.
