I Face Missing Deposits on Bdg Win After Submitting UTR Proof

I am writing this complaint because my payments to Bdg Win are still not showing in my ID, and I feel seriously wronged by this situation. On 18-05-2026, I deposited 1,995 rupees through the Alwar City branch, but this amount was never credited to my ID. After that, a further 6,800 rupees also went as a deposit, and this money also did not appear in my ID or balance. In total, I have paid 1,995 rupees and 6,800 rupees, yet neither of these amounts is visible in my account. These amounts are my hard‑earned money, my blood and sweat income, and instead of being available in my ID, it feels as if the deposit system has simply swallowed my funds. This situation has caused me both financial and mental stress. I have even submitted the UTR details for these payments, yet despite providing this proof, the money has still not been credited to my ID. I have contacted Bdg Win about this many times, but instead of solving the problem, my money is still missing, and I am left without any clear answer or solution. I am very angry and disappointed because I trusted the company when making these payments. I demand that the total deposits of 1,995 rupees and 6,800 rupees be immediately and correctly credited to my ID without any further delay, and that a clear explanation be given as to why my payments did not appear in my account until now, even after I submitted the UTR details. In addition, I expect a clear and urgent timeline to be provided for exactly when my deposit will be credited to my ID.
