Bdg Win Fails to Credit 40,000 INR After Successful UPI Deposits

I am writing about an unresolved deposit issue with my Bdg Win account (ID: 7525307). On 3 February, I made almost 5 separate UPI deposits of around 10,000 INR each, for a total of about 40,000 INR. The amounts were successfully deducted from my bank account, but none of these deposits have been credited to my Bdg Win balance. For the last three days, the status on Bdg Win has only shown that my payments are “under review”, with no further update or resolution. During this time, approximately 40,000 INR has been debited from my bank account, causing me both financial and mental stress. I request that all of these deposits either be credited to my Bdg Win account without any further delay, or the full amount of approximately 40,000 INR be refunded to my bank account as soon as possible. I also expect a clear explanation for why these deposits have been stuck in review for three days despite the money being successfully deducted.
