Big Daddy Game Withdrawal Completed in App but Not Credited to Bank

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I am experiencing with Big Daddy Game. I requested a withdrawal to my State Bank of India (SBI) account, and in the game system the withdrawal is shown as “completed,” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. It has been three days since the withdrawal was marked as completed. The withdrawal ID is WD2026012515393378882615b.
Despite the status showing as completed, there is no trace of the amount in my bank account, which is causing me serious concern. I have not yet received any explanation from the platform, and I have not contacted customer support prior to submitting this complaint.
I respectfully request that my withdrawal be urgently reviewed, that the payment be credited to my SBI account without further delay, and that a clear explanation be provided regarding the reason for this delay.
