Deposit Successful but Never Credited to My Wallet

I deposited 3,000 rupees to my BDGWIN account through the BDGWIN app on 6 June 2026 at around 03:11 PM using UPI via the Super Money app. The payment was successfully completed on my side, and the transaction ID shown in Super Money is SMTX6WB6752V2W84GFMEDNR6G7S4MKN4B5E. Despite this, the amount has still not been credited to my BDGWIN wallet. After noticing that the deposit was missing, I contacted BDGWIN support. However, they only marked the transaction as “success” and did not provide any clear explanation or solution, and my BDGWIN wallet balance still does not show this 3,000 rupees. I request that my 3,000 rupees be immediately credited to my BDGWIN wallet based on the above transaction details, or that my issue be checked and resolved as soon as possible.
