Deposit Not Recieved In My Game Account

I am writing to complain about a deposit that I made to my Bdgwin website account which has not been credited. On 29 June 2026 at around 9:40 am, I deposited 2,000 INR into my Bdgwin account, but the balance has still not appeared. After noticing that the 2,000 INR had not been credited, I tried to reach Bdgwin for support, but I have received no response from their side. My money is stuck and I cannot use it or withdraw it. I request that my missing deposit of 2,000 INR be located and immediately credited to my Bdgwin account, or that the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
