The amounts from both of my transactions have not been added by BDG. On 05-04-25, I made a transaction of ₹22000 to UPI ID: heavenhub***@rbl, UTR No: 509500632***. Another transaction was made on 26-04-25 for ₹30000 to UPI ID: globalhorizon***@sbi, UTR No: 51196402***. However, there has been no response from BDG customer care. They keep telling me to wait, but I have been trying for the past month with no results. Kindly deposit the amounts into my account as soon as possible. My ID is 15959***.
BDG is a disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend playing it.
