Deposit Not Received
On 25 June 2026 I deposited 1000 rupees to the Bdgwin platform via Navi, but this deposit has not been successfully reflected in my game account balance. I want this payment to appear correctly in my balance so that I can use it for playing. After noticing the problem, I contacted Bdgwin customer support. They only told me that the process is ongoing, but my 1000 rupee deposit is still not successfully added to my game account and I cannot use this money. I request that my 1000 rupee deposit made via Navi on 25 June 2026 be processed correctly and immediately credited to my Bdgwin game account without any further delay.
My deposit amount has not been credited to my game account, even though it was made 48 hours ago. Please check my transaction and help resolve this issue as soon as possible.
