Deposit Not Credited After Successful PhonePe Payment

Today I made a payment of 449.31 ₹ via my PhonePe account in order to add balance to my BDG Win account. The amount was debited from my PhonePe successfully and appears as a completed transaction, but it was not credited to my BDG Win balance. In my BDG Win account, my total balance still shows only 0.31 ₹ even though 449.31 ₹ was taken from my PhonePe. In my PhonePe records, the payment of 449.31 ₹ is shown as successful with transaction ID T2607131429450030674623 and UTR number 081864081341, and it appears as a payment to “SR BEAUTY WORLD SALON”. However, in BDG Win there is no corresponding deposit and my balance has not increased. Because of this situation, my money is stuck and I cannot use it in any way. I request that the 449.31 ₹, which has been debited from my PhonePe account under the above transaction ID and UTR but has not been reflected in my BDG Win balance, be urgently credited to my BDG Win account or refunded back to my PhonePe account as soon as possible, and that I be informed in writing about the result.
