Big Mumbai Did Not Credit My ₹600 UPI Deposit

I made a deposit of ₹600 via UPI to the Big Mumbai colour trading gaming app, but the amount has not been credited to my app account. My Big Mumbai UID is 979185. After noticing that the balance did not update, I contacted Big Mumbai customer support, who declined my deposit and did not credit the amount. I request that my ₹600 deposit be verified and immediately credited to my Big Mumbai app account linked to UID 979185, or that a clear explanation be provided if there is any technical issue on their side.
