Big Daddy Game Deposit Not Credited After ₹20,000 UPI Payment

I made a deposit of ₹20,000 to my Big Daddy game wallet on 11/04/2026 via BHIM UPI, but the amount has still not been credited to my game wallet despite the payment being successfully completed from my side. I have all transaction details and proof of payment available, including the payment reference related to 0857066632**. After noticing that the amount did not appear in my wallet, I contacted Big Daddy game customer support. They replied that this payment has still not reflected in their bank and asked me to give them more time to check and process it. However, even after this response, the deposit has still not been added to my wallet, and the delay is causing me serious inconvenience. I request that my ₹20,000 deposit be credited to my Big Daddy game wallet without any further delay, or the full amount be refunded back to my original payment method. I am ready to share all payment details, UPI reference and screenshots if needed, and I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible.
