BDG Game Deposit Not Credited – ₹200 Missing After PhonePe Payments

I am writing to report an issue with my BDG Game online account related to two payments that were deducted from my PhonePe account but were never credited to my game balance. I made two separate payments of ₹100 each on March 22, 2026, and March 23, 2026, for my BDG Game UID 21209467.
Both transactions were successfully debited from my PhonePe account, but the total amount of ₹200 has not been reflected in my BDG Game account balance. I have been checking my account regularly, and the balance has still not been updated after these payments.
I attempted to contact customer support, but I have not received any response so far. This lack of response is very disappointing, especially since the money has already been deducted from my PhonePe account.
I request that the total amount of ₹200 from these two transactions be credited to my BDG Game UID 21209467 immediately, or that appropriate action be taken to resolve this issue without any further delay.
