BDGWin User Locked Error 116
I have a user account on the BDG Color Trading / BDGWin platform, and my account has been locked with an “Error: 116 User has been locked” message. When the account was locked, I had a balance of ₹2000 in my account, which I can no longer access. The problem started on 10/05/2026. Since then I have not been able to log in to my user ID and I cannot use or withdraw my ₹2000 balance. I also tried to reach BDG Color Trading / BDGWin support, but I have received no reply so far. I request that my user ID be immediately unlocked and full access to my account restored, or alternatively that my ₹2000 balance be refunded to me without any deduction. I ask for this issue to be resolved as soon as possible and for a clear written explanation about why my account was locked.
