BDG Win Locked My Account Without Warning or Explanation

I had an active account on the BDG Win platform, in which I had a balance of 6,500 rupees. Today my account was suddenly locked without any explanation, and since then I have not been able to access my account or use my balance. I did not receive any warning, message, or email/SMS from BDG Win explaining why my account was locked. There is also no clear support or contact section that responds to this issue, and BDG Win is not listening or providing any information about my locked account. I request that my BDG Win account be urgently unlocked so that I can access and use my 6,500 rupees balance again. I want this issue to be investigated and resolved as soon as possible, and I expect a clear explanation of why my account was blocked without notice.
