Bdg Game Withdrawal Pending After Error 116 Locked My Gaming Account

I am having a serious problem with my Bgd Game account. While I was making a withdrawal to my UPI ID on 22/05/26, my account suddenly showed “Error 116 – user has been locked,” and since then, I have not been able to log in at all. The withdrawal I made that day has still not reached my UPI account. My money is stuck, and at the same time, my game account is locked, so I cannot access anything. I contacted Bgd Game customer support regarding the locked account and the missing withdrawal, but I have not received any reply so far. I request that my Bgd Game account be urgently unlocked and that the withdrawal amount I requested on 22/05/26 be promptly credited to my UPI ID, or at least that I receive a clear and detailed explanation about the status of my account and my money.
