BDG Color Trading App Locked My ID And ₹1100 Withdrawal Not

I use the BDG Color Trading app from the App Store, and today I deposited ₹500 into my account and immediately placed a withdrawal request of ₹1100. Right after this transaction, my ID was locked without any warning, and the ₹1100 withdrawal has still not been credited to my bank account. I did not receive any error message, email, or SMS explaining why my ID was locked. I also could not find any customer support number or contact channel to report this issue, so I have not been able to speak with anyone from the company.
