BDG Withdrawal Completed But Not Credit My Bank Account
I am writing to raise a serious complaint about a withdrawal problem I am facing with BDG Win. My BDG Win UID number is 13499625. On 04/01/2026, I requested a withdrawal of 40,000 from my BDG Win account to my Axis Bank savings account. In the BDG Win system, the withdrawal status is shown as “completed, but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. Despite this “completed” status, my Axis Bank savings account has not received any amount, and there is no trace of this credit. I have submitted multiple complaints to BDG Win customer support regarding this issue, but I have not received any response or proper explanation from them. I request that my case be urgently checked and that the 40,000 be immediately credited to my Axis Bank savings account, or that a clear and written explanation be provided about where my money is and why it has not been credited yet. I expect this issue to be resolved without any further delay.
