BDG WIN UPI Deposit Successful but Balance Not Updated

Yesterday, I deposited 3,000 rubens to my BDGWIN account via UPI, but the money has still not been credited to my gaming balance. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account and has not been refunded to me. The UPI transaction/UTR number for this payment is 618452097529 and the exact receiver UPI ID to which the money was sent is 18240210004***@ucobank. Even though the transaction shows as successful on my side, my BDGWIN balance has not been updated and I have not received my money back. I request that the 3,000 rupees be immediately refunded to my bank/UPI account and that I given a clear explanation for this failed deposit.
