BDG Win Account Blocked After ₹3,400 Deposit Funds Stuck

I have been using my Bdgwin account normally, but today it was suddenly blocked right after money was credited. As soon as around 3,400 rupees came into my account, it was abruptly blocked without any prior warning or clear explanation. When I tried to resolve the issue, I contacted support, but I received a generic response telling me to “kindly contact us using your own Bdgwin ID.” This did not solve my problem or explain why my account was blocked and why my funds are stuck. I request that my Bdgwin account be urgently reviewed, the unjustified block removed, and my access to my balance restored. If for any reason the account cannot be reopened, I expect a clear explanation and a refund of the full amount that is currently blocked in my account.
