Airtel Payments Bank UPI failed and money debited but not credited to merchant, how can I get it reversed?

If your Airtel Payments Bank UPI payment failed but money was debited and not credited to the merchant;

• Check transaction status: Open your UPI app → History/Transactions and confirm the transaction shows failed or pending
• Record details: Note the transaction ID, amount, date/time, merchant name, and UPI reference for your records
• Screenshot evidence: Take screenshots of the failed transaction and the debit from your bank statement
• Contact Airtel Payments Bank support: Use the in-app help/support option to raise a dispute with all transaction details
• Contact your UPI app support: If you used an app like BHIM/PhonePe/Google Pay, raise the issue in that app too

If the problem persists;

• File a complaint on Xolvie to report the failed UPI payment, non-credit to merchant, and seek reversal or compensation.
