My BDG Withdrawal Money Showing Complete But Not Completed Now

I am writing regarding a withdrawal issue I experienced with BDG Game. On 19/03/2026 at 18:05:28, I requested a bank transfer withdrawal of 4,400 to my Airtel Payments Bank account, whose account number ends with 1119. In the BDG Game system, the withdrawal status is shown as “complete,” but the money has still not been credited to my bank account. After noticing that the amount had not arrived, I contacted BDG Game customer support. They informed me that the money would reach my account within 72 hours. However, more than 72 hours have passed since the withdrawal request, and the funds are still not reflected in my Airtel Payments Bank account. I kindly request that BDG Game urgently investigate this transaction, confirm where the money has gone, and either immediately credit the 4,400 to my Airtel Payments Bank account ending in 1119 or provide a clear explanation and proof of the transfer. I expect this issue to be resolved as soon as possible, as my funds have been held up for several days despite the status showing as completed.
