BDG Rejected Payments Debited but Refund Still Not Received

On 7 June, I tried to make three separate payments using my post office bank card on the Bdgwin game platform. All three transactions were rejected, but the amounts were still debited from my side and the money has not been refunded to my wallet yet. When I checked the Bdgwin game system, it only showed that the service is under maintenance and did not provide any clear information about the status of my failed payments or the refund process. I have not received any explanation or confirmation about when my money will be returned. I request that the amounts from these three rejected transactions on 7 June be checked urgently and that my money be refunded to my wallet immediately, and that I be informed clearly about the refund status.
