BDG Game Deposit Taken From Axis Bank Card but Balance Not Added
I am writing regarding a failed deposit to BDG Game using my Axis Bank credit card. On 13 May at around 7:35, I made a payment of ₹2000, which was successfully deducted from my Axis Bank credit card. However, this amount has not been credited to my BDG Game account balance. From my side, all proofs and documents are complete and I have already sent everything, including the transaction details. On your side the money is shown as received, but my game account is still not active and the balance has not been added. I do not understand the reason why my account is not updated even though the payment is successful and all documents have been provided. This situation is causing me stress and I feel my money is stuck without any clear solution. I am clearly and firmly requesting that my ₹2000 be refunded back to my Axis Bank credit card without any further delay. I expect this issue to be investigated immediately and resolved, and I want a written confirmation once the refund has been completed.
