Bdg Game Deposit Not Credited After ₹40,000 Google Pay Payment

On April 21 at approximately 2:20 AM, I purchased an account top-up for Bdg Game (Account ID: 8322246) through Bdg, paying ₹40,000 via Google Pay from India. Although the payment was successfully completed on my end and I have full transaction details as proof, including reference number 647714855646, the balance has still not been credited to my game account.

I contacted Bdg customer service regarding this issue, but I was informed that the deposit was not received on their side. Since the amount has already been debited from my Google Pay account, this situation is extremely frustrating and concerning.

I request that Bdg urgently investigate this payment using the transaction details I have provided, especially the reference number 647714855646, and credit the missing ₹40,000 to my Bdg Game account (ID: 8322246) without any further delay.
