I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced with the Bdg game app. On 05/10/2025, I sent ₹5,300 via UPI from my Dhanlaxmi Bank account to my game account numbered 19092733, with UPI transaction number 027000100201547. After this payment, my game account was blocked, and I have not been able to use it or access my money. I deposited this amount with the expectation that I would be able to use the game normally and withdraw my balance when needed. Instead, my account was blocked after the payment, and I have not received any refund of the ₹5,300 I transferred from my Dhanlaxmi Bank account. I kindly request that the Bdg game app urgently investigate this issue and refund the full amount of ₹5,300 to my Dhanlaxmi Bank account, as I cannot access my game account 19092733 anymore. I am writing about a problem I faced after making a withdrawal from the BDG Game application to my Dhanlaxmi Bank account via UPI. On 05/10/2025, I made a UPI withdrawal of ₹5,310 from BDG Game to my Dhanlaxmi Bank account, and after this transaction my bank account was frozen.
Since my account has been frozen, I have not been able to use my Dhanlaxmi Bank account. When I visited the bank, I was informed that there is a cyber crime related problem, but I have not received a clear written explanation or proper guidance on how to resolve this and access my own funds again.
I kindly request that my Dhanlaxmi Bank account be unfrozen as soon as possible and that I be informed clearly if any documentation or clarification is required from my side, so that I can complete the process and use my account normally again.
On 05/10/2025, I made a UPI transfer of 5,300 rupees through my Dhanlaxmi Bank account to BDG Game. After this transaction, my balance is still showing correctly inside BDG Game, but I am unable to transfer or withdraw the money from the account. When I realized I could not move my funds, I visited my bank branch. At the bank, I was told to take the matter up as a cyber crime issue. At this point, my money of 5,300 rupees remains stuck in BDG Game, and I cannot access it despite the balance being visible. I request that my 5,300 rupees be refunded to me and that my access to the money be restored as soon as possible. I also request that this issue be investigated and necessary action be taken regarding this UPI transaction and the restriction on my funds.
