BDG Game App Blocked My Account After Deposit, Refund Still Pending

I am writing regarding a serious problem I experienced with the Bdg game app. On 05/10/2025, I sent ₹5,300 via UPI from my Dhanlaxmi Bank account to my game account numbered 19092733, with UPI transaction number 027000100201547. After this payment, my game account was blocked, and I have not been able to use it or access my money. I deposited this amount with the expectation that I would be able to use the game normally and withdraw my balance when needed. Instead, my account was blocked after the payment, and I have not received any refund of the ₹5,300 I transferred from my Dhanlaxmi Bank account. I kindly request that the Bdg game app urgently investigate this issue and refund the full amount of ₹5,300 to my Dhanlaxmi Bank account, as I cannot access my game account 19092733 anymore.
