I Didn’t Receive My BDG Game Withdrawal Despite Multiple Complaints and Proof

My withdrawal amount has still not been received from BDG Game. My player ID is 5910672, and the withdrawal order number is WD2025072109043235951196d. My registered mobile number is 9749483740.
I have submitted multiple complaints regarding this issue, but I still haven’t received the winning amount in my bank account. Even though the status on their platform shows that the money has been sent, the funds never reached my account. To support my claim, I submitted a xerox copy of my bank passbook statement, but the only response I’ve received is, “Wait for 72 hours.”
This has been going on for three months now. The same issue happened to me previously, and it has happened again. Each time, I’m given the same generic response and no real solution.
I request the BDG Game team to look into this matter urgently and refund the withdrawn amount to my bank account without further delay. Enough time has passed, and this ongoing issue is unacceptable.
