Account Block Problem

I am writing about a serious problem with my Bdg Game account, which was blocked on 3 July without any clear explanation. There is around 9,000 value (money/items/top‑ups) in this account, and I am unable to access it because of the block. After the block, I contacted Bdg Game support and explained my situation clearly. Instead of giving a specific reason or checking my case properly, they only replied that Bdg Game has strict rules and that once an account is locked it cannot be opened again. They did not tell me what exact rule I supposedly broke or provide any proof, and they did not offer any solution for the 9,000 value that is stuck in my account. I am using Bdg Game from India and I have already tried to cooperate and give explanations, but my account is still blocked. Being told that it can “never be opened again” without a detailed reason or investigation feels very unfair, especially considering the amount of money already spent on this account. I kindly request that my account be fully reviewed again, that the exact reason for the block be clearly shared with me, and that my account be unblocked. If you still decide to keep the account closed, then I request a full refund or a fair solution for the 9,000 value that is inside the account so that I do not lose my money without any fault explained.
