I have a BDG account that I use for money-making purposes, and it was blocked on January 27 without any explanation. At the time my account was blocked, there was a balance of ₹980 in my account, which I can no longer access or use. BDG did not inform me of any reason for this action, and I have not received any email, message, or notification explaining why my account was blocked. I have attempted to contact BDG customer support multiple times, but I have not received any response, and my account remains blocked with my funds still inside. I respectfully request that my BDG account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and fully restored with access to my ₹980 balance, or that my money be refunded to me if the account cannot be reopened. I also request a clear and honest explanation regarding the reason for blocking my account.
