Recover My Old Account

For about one year now I have been unable to access my old BC.Game account through the Chrome browser on my Android phone. Every time I try to log in, I only see a “temporarily unable” message and the login does not proceed. The account is registered with the email address linei***[email protected]. Despite this problem continuing into 2026, the situation has not changed. I have already contacted support about this issue, but my access has still not been restored and I have not received a clear solution. I request that my old BC.Game account be recovered and that my access be reactivated as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear explanation of why my account is still temporarily unavailable.
