KYC Blocked, Funds Stuck In My BC.Game Account
I have USDT stuck in my BC.Game account. I accidentally uploaded the same KYC documents that were used in another older account. Because of this, my KYC attempts were blocked and now I cannot withdraw my funds. Support is not giving me a solution. I am willing to verify my identity and just want to recover my funds. Please help me unblock KYC or allow manual verification.
Hello, my BC.Game account is blocked from KYC verification because I tried too many times by mistake. Now the system says KYC is locked and I cannot verify, and I cannot withdraw my funds (USDT) even though they are in my account. I made this complaint to request help unblocking the KYC or giving an alternative way to withdraw my funds. The documents I uploaded show my current balance and the KYC block error. It has now been well over 48 hours since I submitted my full documents. BC.Game has not responded, and my funds remain blocked due to a KYC issue. This is unacceptable. I will begin legal escalation and report this to crypto fraud authorities and payment watchdogs if I don’t receive a resolution within 24 hours.
