Deposit Pending In Stake
I have an account on stake.ac with the username “shawtsfired” and I use the casino section regularly. I am writing because three of my UPI deposits have not been credited to my balance even though they were successfully debited from my bank account. On 19 March I made a deposit of INR 1,000 via UPI from my Kotak 811 app, and on 29 March I made two further UPI deposits of INR 2,000 and INR 3,000 from the same app. All three payments were completed on my bank side and have the following UTR numbers: 607823152934, 608821558686 and 608821602235. Despite this, none of these amounts appeared in my stake.ac casino balance. Stake.ac uses third‑party payment providers in India, and when depositing, the UPI ID and sometimes a phone number of the receiving party are visible. Using this information, I contacted the person on the receiving side, and he confirmed that he has received the money. He also informed me that, because I raised a complaint with my bank, a hold has been placed on the same amounts that were credited. I have shared these details and all supporting proof with stake.ac support. I contacted stake.ac support about the issue, but they replied that the funds did not reach them and advised me to contact my bank for a reversal. Despite the confirmations from the receiver and the proofs I provided, my case is being ignored and no concrete action is being taken, leaving my money in limbo between the platform, the payment partner and the bank. I request that this situation be thoroughly investigated in coordination with the third‑party payment provider and my bank, and that a clear solution be provided. I expect either the full amounts to be credited correctly to my stake.ac casino balance or the three UPI transactions to be refunded/reversed back to my bank account as soon as possible. I also kindly ask to be informed in writing of the result of this review.
