I am writing about a serious problem I am facing with a withdrawal from 4rabet that is showing as paid out in your system but has not been credited to my bank account. On 19-06-2026, I requested a withdrawal of ₹3,065 to my PNB bank account in India. In the withdrawal section of my 4rabet account, this transaction is marked as paid, but the money has still not arrived in my PNB account. I have contacted your chat support several times regarding this missing payment. As requested by your team, I have already provided the withdrawal token details along with my bank statement. Each time I follow up, I am only told that you are checking with your finance team, payment provider, and the bank, but there has been no concrete update, solution, or credit to my account. This situation is causing me serious concern, as the status on your platform and the reality in my bank account do not match.
