IPTV Box Pro Blocked My Account and Ignored Refund Requests

On September 17, I purchased an online IPTV Box Pro membership and made the payment of $57 via Papara. I have the payment receipt. The broadcasts were accessible for only a few days and then were automatically disabled. After that, I contacted them, but they showed zero tolerance for questions. They seem to be looking for excuses to immediately shut down memberships.

Today, during a conversation, I received a message saying, “I am permanently closing your membership,” and I was completely blocked. I was never able to properly use the service. I contacted customer support, but they did not show any interest and offered no solution whatsoever.

This was my first time using this service, and I experienced serious customer harm. I am requesting that my payment be refunded as soon as possible or that my one-year subscription be fully activated.
