BC.Game Rejects $170 Withdrawal Despite Verified Account

I have a verified account with BC.Game, which I use from Bulgaria, and I currently have 170 USD in my balance. After completing the verification of my profile, the platform does not allow me to withdraw this amount. Each time I try, the withdrawal is rejected. I contacted BC.Game support and they informed me that there was no problem and that I should be able to withdraw my money. Despite this assurance, my withdrawal continues to be rejected, and I still cannot access my funds. I request that my account and withdrawals be checked in detail, that the reason for the rejected withdrawals be clearly explained to me, and that the 170 USD in my balance be made available for withdrawal as soon as possible.
