Money Not Being Credited

I made a deposit of 300 INR to my Parimatch account via UPI on 23 June at around 11:30 pm. The amount has been debited from my UPI, but in Parimatch it is still showing as pending and has not been credited to my balance. I have already raised a support ticket regarding this issue, but so far I have not received any proper response from customer support and the situation remains unresolved. This is very frustrating because my money is stuck and I cannot use it or get it back. I request that this issue be resolved as soon as possible by either immediately crediting the 300 INR to my Parimatch account or refunding the full amount back to my UPI. I would also like a clear update on what caused this delay and when it will be fully resolved.
