I Can't Verify My Account

I have an account with 1win.com registered under the name Abugu V***, with user ID 368531***, and I am accessing the platform from Nigeria. Earlier today, about three hours ago, my account was suddenly blocked while I was trying to make a withdrawal. At the time my account was blocked, I had a balance of ₦17,000 which I wanted to withdraw. After the block, I contacted 1win.com customer support, but they are not responding and have not provided any valid reason or explanation for blocking my account or restricting my withdrawal. I request that my account be urgently reviewed, unblocked, and that my ₦17,000 balance be paid out to me as soon as possible, or that I be given a clear and justified reason in writing if there is any issue regarding my account.
