On 28 December 2025 at around 5:57 p.m., I made a bank deposit of 2000 INR via POP UPI to fund my BC Game account with the username “Shlipa.” At that time, the amount was not reflected in my BC Game balance, even though the payment had been completed from my side, so I raised this as an issue. I would now like to state that the 2000 INR deposit has finally been received and credited to my BC Game account. However, it was credited only after a long delay, which caused me stress and uncertainty about the status of my funds. I kindly request that BC Game review why this deposit was delayed for so long and take the necessary steps to prevent such delays in future transactions. I also expect clear information about the reason for the delay so that I can have more confidence when using your platform going forward.
