Bauhaus Türkiye Missing Product Issue

I placed an order for a Bosch brand cordless garden irrigation pump with order number 6671555391 from the website of Bauhaus on 05/04/2024. On 05/08/2024, my package was delivered. The shipping box was completely white with a corporate appearance, branded with Bauhaus logos and sealed with Bauhaus-branded tape. There was no noticeable deformation or evidence of tampering observed on the box, except for a minor superficial dent on one side, typical of shipping. Upon opening the box, I found the original green Bosch box inside. However, upon inspection, I noticed that the security tape, which I believe was applied by the factory during production, had been previously tampered with. Detailed photos of this are available. Unfortunately, the crucial component, the battery, was missing from the original green box. Despite my attempts to reason with the company, my request was denied, citing reasons such as not filing a report upon delivery and the positioning of the items inside the box. As there were no obvious signs of damage or tampering on the package, it was illogical to request a report from the courier. Additionally, the idea that a reputable company like Bauhaus would deliver a package with missing items is beyond belief. I have no prior criminal record and no motive for such an act. Therefore, my only recourse now is to pursue legal action.
