When I first tried to log in, I received a 24‑hour ban, and on my second login attempt a long‑term (10‑year) ban was applied. The in‑game ban message says that my account was banned for violating regulations. My in‑game ID is 55501153855. I want to honestly state that I logged in using a mod APK, which I now understand is against the game rules. I did not fully realize the seriousness of this violation and the risk of such a long ban. I regret this action and I accept my mistake. I kindly request that you review my case once more and give me one more chance by unbanning my account or reducing the ban duration. I am ready to strictly follow all BGMI rules and use only the official app from now on. I hope you will consider my request and allow me to continue playing fairly on this account.
