BGMI Account Banned for 10 Years While Playing TDM Without Cheating

I am submitting this complaint regarding my BGMI account, which has been banned for 10 years without, in my view, a valid reason. My BGMI Account ID is 5462043571 and I play Battlegrounds Mobile India on my mobile device. My account was banned while I was playing a TDM match. I was playing normally and was not using any hacks, cheats, or third‑party applications. I have invested my time and effort into this account, and the 10‑year ban has come as a big shock to me. I kindly request that you review the ban on my account in detail and unban my BGMI account. This is my main account and it is very important to me, and I respectfully ask you to give me one more chance and remove this 10‑year ban so that I can continue playing fairly on this account.
