My BGMI Account Banned for Cheating But I Never Did

I have approximately three years of experience playing Battlegrounds Mobile India, and over that period I have never once used hacks or outside tools; I have always played fair. Not too long ago, my account was hacked without my awareness. Playing using my ID, I think someone logged in using illegal access and applied hackers. My account had already been permanently kicked for rule violations by the time I knew what was occurring. After spending so much time and money constructing my profile, it is rather annoying that the account is locked with a 10-year ban. I was able to restore access to it. I respectfully ask the BGMI crew to look at this closely and remove the ban. I actually enjoy the game and the neighborhood.
