I Need a Refund for Two Missing Batery Bet UPI Deposits
I am writing regarding two failed deposit transactions on Batery Bet that have resulted in a total of INR 20,500 being deducted from my bank but not credited to my gaming wallet, and still not refunded. On 5 June, I made two deposits to my Batery Bet account using Paytm UPI from my Bank of Baroda account. The first transaction was for INR 9,999.84 with UTR 307425222729, and the second transaction was for INR 10,500 with UTR 207739405870. Both transactions were successfully debited from my bank account, and I have clear screenshot proofs for each payment, but the corresponding amounts were never reflected in my Batery Bet gaming wallet. For the last 9 days, I have been repeatedly contacting Batery Bet customer support. Each time, I received the same standard reply that they were still waiting for a response from the payment provider. Despite my continuous follow-ups, there was no real update or solution, and now my support ticket has been closed without resolving the issue, without crediting the funds, and without refunding my money. Batery Bet has failed to credit these deposits to my wallet within a reasonable time and has also failed to provide a proper resolution through support. Therefore, I request that the full amount of INR 20,500 (INR 9,999.84 + INR 10,500) be immediately refunded back to my original Bank of Baroda account from which the payments were made. I expect this issue to be treated with urgency and resolved without any further delay, as these funds have been blocked for several days through no fault of mine.
