BateryBet Deposit Not Credited Support Blocking Requests

I have an account on the gaming site in-baterybets.com with account number 57477*** and two of my deposits have not been credited to my gaming balance despite being debited from my side. The first missing deposit is ₹2,000 with UTR 675717998855 and request number 22085844, made on 15 March. The second missing deposit is another ₹2,000 with UTR 795520222321 and request number 22260678, made on 24 March. Both payments were made via UPI and neither of these deposits has been credited to my gaming account. I contacted customer support for the first time on 15 March and have since sent a very large number of emails and tried to raise multiple requests. Initially, the support team told me that the payment provider was not answering. Now they claim that the provider has not received any money at all. At the same time, they mostly send automated responses and the matter is stuck without any concrete solution or investigation. I have even been blocked from creating new support requests, so I am no longer able to follow up properly. This situation is extremely disturbing and has completely destroyed my trust in this platform. From other users’ comments, it seems that delayed or missing credits are a common problem here, and deposits can remain uncredited for months. I find this behaviour very worrying and it makes the casino appear fraudulent, especially when my money is taken but not reflected in my account and I receive no meaningful support. I request that the full amount of ₹4,000 from these two UPI transactions be credited to my gaming account without further delay or, if that is not possible, refunded back to my original payment source. I also ask for a clear written explanation of what happened to these deposits and why I was blocked from creating further support requests.
