Baterybet Marked My ₹12,000 Withdrawal As Completed But I Never Received It

I requested a withdrawal of ₹12,000 from my Baterybet account on 06/05/2026 to my Punjab National Bank account. However, despite the withdrawal being marked as completed or withdrawn on the platform, the money has still not been credited to my bank account.

This situation has become extremely concerning because the amount is no longer visible in my Baterybet balance, yet nothing has arrived in my bank account either. As a result, my funds are effectively missing.

I tried contacting Baterybet customer support regarding this issue, but I did not receive any response, update, or assistance from them. The complete lack of communication has made the situation even more frustrating and stressful.

I trusted the platform and expected a smooth and reliable withdrawal process, especially for such an important amount. Instead, I have been left waiting without any explanation about where my money is or why the withdrawal has been delayed.

I kindly request that Baterybet urgently investigate this issue, ensure that my ₹12,000 is credited to my Punjab National Bank account without any further delay, and provide me with a clear explanation regarding the reason for this withdrawal problem and delay.
