Since 15 December 2025 my withdrawal of ₹26,426 from the BateryBet game to my Bank of India account has not been credited, even though inside the game it shows the withdrawal as completed. It has now been about five months and the amount has still not reached my bank account. In January I started contacting BateryBet customer support several times about this issue. I repeatedly informed them that the money had not been received and I sent them my bank statements as proof that this transaction never came to my Bank of India account. Instead of resolving the issue, they only sent me the number 23155639 and did not provide a clear explanation or solution. I am very disappointed that despite my repeated messages, the problem remains unsolved and such a large amount is stuck, which is very important for me financially. I kindly request that my withdrawal of ₹26,426 dated 15 December 2025 to my Bank of India account be urgently checked in detail using reference 23155639, and that this amount either be credited to my bank account without any further delay or immediately returned to my BateryBet game wallet. I also request that I be contacted by phone with a clear and written explanation of the status of this transaction and the reason why it is shown as completed in the game while the funds have not been received in my bank.
