I made a deposit of 400 INR on April 30, 2026, but it was neither credited to my account nor reflected in the transaction history on Batery Bet. I submitted a request, and they acknowledged that there had been an issue on their side, but they stopped responding afterward. I also tried contacting them via email, but they kept insisting that the issue would only be resolved through the support requests. It has now been almost 20 days, and I still have not received any meaningful response or resolution from them.
