I Face Baseus Portable Charger Charging Failure After Normal Use

The Baseus portable charger I purchased from Vatan Computer started showing an error code as of yesterday and no longer charges. I was using the product normally, with no drops, physical damage, or liquid exposure, but this issue suddenly appeared.

Because of this malfunction, I tried to contact Vatan Computer, but I was unable to reach anyone. As a result, I have not been able to receive support either from the store or customer service. I currently do not have the product invoice with me, but I purchased the product through Vatan Computer.

I request a replacement for this defective power bank. I want the faulty product to be inspected and replaced with an equivalent product that works properly, and I expect my inconvenience to be resolved as soon as possible.
