I Face Baseus Charger Quality Problems After My Power Bank Overheats

Shortly after purchasing a Baseus 22.5W power bank, I started experiencing serious overheating and charging problems with the product. I purchased the product on Tuesday, May 26, and started using it on Thursday, May 28. After approximately 10 minutes of use, both the power bank and my phone become extremely hot, and the charging speed is much slower than I expected.

When I tested it with my Redmi phone using a cable, it starts charging at first, but after about 1 minute, the charging stops automatically. I also tried using the power bank’s own built-in cable, but the same issue continued. Because of this, I cannot use the product safely or properly. I am concerned that it may damage my phone, and its performance is far below my expectations.

I purchased the product from the Fethiye branch of Vatan Computer. I have lost my invoice, but I still have the “thank you for your purchase” message I received after the transaction, as well as my card statement records. I have not yet contacted either Baseus or the Vatan Fethiye store regarding this issue.

I request that the product be thoroughly inspected technically, and if it is determined to be defective, that a replacement process be completed. I kindly ask that the necessary checks be carried out and that I receive information about the resolution as soon as possible.
